WHERE DO I FILE FOR A CARSON CITY OFFICE? 

Filing for Carson City offices may be completed at the Carson City Clerk's office located at 885 E. Musser St., Ste. 1025, Carson City, NV 89701.

The Carson City Clerk's office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. (except federal holidays).

Please bring your photo identification and proof of residency along with applicable filing fees.  Filing fees may only be paid using cash, certified check or cashier's check.  Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete your filing. 

The Nevada Secretary of State is the filing officer for all statewide offices and offices that represent Districts that cover more than one county.
